Thank you, Caroline! It's quite something to see the statistics and facts of the effect that animal products has on our planet (not to mention our health.) It's always surprising to see how much attention carbon-emissions receives in terms of what we wear and drive, but so little in contrast to the enormous effect than meat has on our environment.

<p>There are so many reasons to live vegan, and so few not to. People are desperate to hold onto what they know and what they're comfortable with, without challenging themselves or their ideals. </p>
<p>I like that you mentioned less than 30% of the Earth is above water. Just another reason to take the life of the oceans more seriously, too. </p>
