I would like to see Irish and Irish-style vegan recipes - and vegan modifications of Irish and Irish-style vegan recipes) shared so that these customized vegan recipes could be shared with other vegan-oriented lists.
I would also like to see vegan and vegetarian lore about St. Patrick and the Irish shared for the same long-term sharing purposes.
Sorry so late to give you a reply but maybe next year this can be done. I loved the link below with the first recipe of Shepherd's Pie. It was very good, indeed! The nutritional yeast adds wonderful flavor. I have used this yeast for decades and like the Braggs brand for flavor over a generic variety. Also the dynamic recipe reminds people if they are not a fan of tofu that white beans can be substituted. I am NOT a fan of tofu! This is what I do all the time. I was glad to get this link for tasty delights!

I often make fadge. Everyone at my house loves it and it's super simple. I'd love to try more Irish vegan recipes as well!
