The first annual spring expo will take place Saturday May 28, 2011 which will be held at 2 locations. The outdoor location with demonstrations, leafleting and entertainment will be held at 299 Queen St. (Queen St. and John St.) at the CTV/Bell Media building from 12pm - 4pm on both sides of the street on the sidewalks. Later we will travel to Parliament Street Library (269 Gerrard St. East) in the evening from 5pm till approximately 10pm for film screenings, lectures, entertainment and food. We anticipate the spring expo will turn into a worldwide phenomenon.
The spring expo is our biggest event. Happening each year in May, it is a family-friendly celebration of compassion, love and peace to promote the vegan lifestyle. With many fun filled events for the whole family our aim is to expose the atrocities of animal abusing industries from all angels in ways even young children will be able to partake. With live entertainment, demonstrations, film screenings, lectures and vegan food, we will take on the streets all around Toronto with many events both indoor and outdoor.
We still need a host of volunteers, groups, food and much much more!!!! All details on our website or contact us.
