I was struck by the difference in physical size of the vegetarians and the fast-food fans in the video.

There was a noticable difference in appearance between the two "sides". 

I was struck by the comment from a fast food patron "If you don't wanna be healthy, then don't be. If you wanna be healthy, then be healthy"  ~  like someone makes a conscious decision to be unhealthy? 

The excuses people make in order to avoid making an effort are amazing.
