China:~Housing Authority In Beijing Builds A Cat House For Stray Cats In The Area
While on one side of the city in Beijing a psychopath has killed cats, on the other side of the city people have built an apartment for cats.
Xiluoyuan Housing Authority built a cat house at Yangqiao Beili Xiaoqu housing area. Stray cats of this housing area will be able to have a warmer winter living in a brick and cement building. Spreading positive energy, love and promote harmony.
