great film. i doant speak Spanish... if it is. assumed so but might be wrong. i think they really embody what the article below talks out. that there is a need to convey the experience the non-human individual and that the focus should on them, and that this can be and should be acomplished through good camera work and putting the non-human animal in a light that gives the viewer an idea, both in terms of information and emotion, of the situation of the non-human animals that are suffering in these kinds of places. the use of the quote by the nobel prize winner Issac Bashives Singer that describes the situation non-human animals as "eternal Treblinka" is a bold move. i think perhaps too bold. while i would make a moral comparison, an equal comparison in one sense but not another, i think this may be unhelpfuly controversial?
