The creator of the video is German. It is a play on words. "Ist" means "is" while "isst" means "to eat." Sorry for the untimely response.

Holise, the title of the video is: 

Captain Paul Watson is(s)t vegan!

What does "is(s)t" mean? I apologise if it's obvious and I missed it! :)

It was Sea Shepherd and Captain Watson that encouraged me to give up seafood and watch The End of 
The Line. The End of The Line made me go vegetarian. Sea Shepherd was also promoting Earthlings. I watched it and went vegan. So, you see, the real Sea Shepherd supporters are vegan and those who want to learn more on what they can do for our oceans (thus, our planet) will eventually be directed to veganism. I have encouraged many of them myself.

Thanks, Holise! It's nice to hear Captain Watson endorse and encourage people to become vegan. He's so influential, I hope a lot of those self proclaimed "whale warriors" who are eating the oceans to death can take something from this.
