Xiao Pi 小皮, a Chinese independent singer-songwriter from Shanghai, witnessed animal activists blocking and rescuing a truck load of 500 dogs on April 5th 2011 on the Beijing-Harbin Expressway of Tongzhou, Beijing, China.
