Fighting for animal liberation and an end to speciesism

Thank you for approving our membership — we’re very grateful to join a community of people who genuinely care about animal welfare and accountability. It’s encouraging to be among like-minded individuals who refuse to ignore cruelty.

We are posting on behalf of The Wild Truth, an independent investigative group working to expose cruelty in wildlife filmmaking and demand higher ethical standards in nature media.

We have uncovered disturbing evidence suggesting that animals were deliberately harmed during a National Geographic production titled Africa’s Deadliest. Based on our investigation, we believe this harm occurred purely to create dramatic footage for entertainment. This goes far beyond natural predation — it raises serious concerns about the deliberate infliction of suffering for the camera. The public deserves to know what happens behind the scenes, and anyone willing to kill animals for entertainment should not be working in the nature filmmaking industry.

Our attempts to bring this information to light are being systematically suppressed.

Our investigative videos are repeatedly removed following DMCA takedown requests filed by the production company Lion Mountain Media, claiming to act on behalf of National Geographic. We believe these claims are baseless and that our content clearly falls under fair use. However, because we must remain anonymous to protect our livelihoods and avoid retaliation, we cannot file formal counterclaims without exposing ourselves. This creates a system where powerful interests can silence criticism while whistleblowers are left with no meaningful protection.

In short: evidence of potential cruelty is being removed, and those trying to expose it are being silenced.

We urgently need your help.

Please watch and share our investigations as widely as possible. Public awareness is currently the only way to prevent further suppression and to help stop harmful practices in wildlife filmmaking. Visibility protects animals and protects those speaking out.

If enough people see and share this evidence, it becomes much harder for cruelty to be hidden.

Thank you for your support.
