Tensions amongst activists - particularly between violent and non-violent advocates

Hi,

I am writing an article on the animal rights movement and specifically the impact certain tensions within the movement has had on some campaigns.

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me out.

Are you aware of tensions between different types of activists?

Have you experienced these tensions first-hand? What effect do you think this has on the success of the movement as a whole?

Even if you do not feel you have anything to say on this matter I would still like to speak to you about the type of activism you follow and your general ideology - and you reaction to different animal rights ideologies.

It would be terrific to hear from anyone willing to answer a few brief questions. I would be really grateful and hope you migth be interested in me article once it is finished.
