I don't know if I'm in the right spot on this website. Please let me know if I'm not. I'm after a bit of advice. After being vegetarian for 22 years, I have now (in the last 4 months) moved to veganism. I'm finding I'm eating far too many carbs. Can you give me some tips, hints, suggestions regarding how to balance out my diet better? I live in Sydney.
