Different type of people-different heart issues-diff values in life-real people who will support you + help you if they can. They are also loyal + stay with you through the long haul in life. I only like kind people. I am old enough-stubborn enough to only surround myself with kind people. I will stay alone without even a phone call if I had to. I prefer my own thoughts anyways!!! Yes, oddly I have always been grateful for my diet. Now on occasion do dairy but it is addictive and causes major sinus/drainage/inflamation/colds/nervousness + is not right for a human body. But if someone has made an item with dairy I will try it + dont worry about it. I do not buy any dairy. I do like almond milk, blue diamond is better than Silk, since Silk brand is bought out by Deans, + they use GMOS plus do animal testing on their other brands they control. I boycott P&G, Iams, because of their cruelty to animals. So much to learn...We do have power--in our checkbooks to influence evil or good daily! Sorry got off on diff subj.
