Fighting for animal liberation and an end to speciesism

China:~UPDATE On The Cats rescued From The Trafficker, Guangzhou

After dawn, despite their tiredness overnight from rescuing the cats at the trafficking hotspot, volunteers transferred all the cats out of the sacks and crates into separate cages. The total number of cats is confirmed to be more than 80 (instead of 100 previously mentioned) and they have been admitted to Guangjing Pet Clinic at De Zheng Bei Lu, Yue Xiu Qu, Guangzhou.

Many local residents came to the hospital to visit these cats after they were touched by the rescue and eventually many have been adopted. There are still around 30 cats remaining awaiting adoption. About a dozen with severe injuries or sickness are still being treated but sadly 2 of the cats died.
