Irish Bread for St. Patrick's Day

So as everyone knows today is St. Patrick's Day so I thought would share a great recipe for a delicious irish bread my boyfriend and I make every year.

Irish Bread

4 cups of flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. caraway
1 1/2 cup of raisins
1 Banana 
1 cup of silk milk 
1 cup of butter

Mix ingredients well pour in bread pan and bake on 350 degrees for 1 hour.

How about cup of oil or margarine, and could we not forego the use of oil and/or margarine (or butter) altogether?

When I say butter I mean vegan butter... I didn't know I had to put "vegan" in front of that. Yes, this bread is a bit on the not so healthy side, but it is very good. You can use oil, but I have found that "vegan" butter or margarine (whatever you want to call it) works better.  I don't use any animal products in anything I eat.  I wouldn't be a vegan if I did so. Sorry for posting this I thought it would have been nice. I also didn't know this was a health site and something sweet isn't allowed to be posted.
