ras is a male dog 6 years old today. he is blind we found him struggling for his life. he had an extremely tight rope around his neck and was trying to breath for at least 15 hours . noone helped him until i found him accidently. he is in my shelter since that day and i am trying to find a very good home for him even abroad. he has an excellent character. he gets very well along with cats and female dogs. he is neutred vaccinated and apart from his blindness completely healthy please help me find a good home for this beautiful creature. he is adorable.
