Fighting for animal liberation and an end to speciesism

Playing with Bourguignon all week. Plant-based beef is the go however from 'Le Gourmand' takeaways their Bourguignon was made with button mushrooms, carrots and mashed potatoes and so is mine.

Broaching the subject of 'Vegan Friendly' wines this holiday season, in planning for the Bourguignon that is, a nice light Pinot Noir was in order. I was pleasantly surprised the 'vegan friendly' symbol was not an issue and readily available.

Thus far I have come across the EGG logo, Vegan friendly logo, VEGAN, V, Vegan Friendly with a green leaf logo symbol too as well as a different vegan friendly sign. That's just for starters.

I have spied the 'Plant-based' logo on the Coffee and Toffee Baileys equivalent liqueur recently, awaiting purchase.

I'd like to hear from others. This search is far from extensive. I have yet to encounter a vegan friendly Merlot for some reason or a white Gris for that matter. Let me know what your experience is this holiday season.

I am in the midst of making a beetroot powder plant-based whipped cream with a vegan cherry liqueur kitsch.
