Fighting for animal liberation and an end to speciesism

My first No 1. Survival Food is Bouillon, sometimes known as miso paste.

If you and a friend were stranded on a desert island and had to choose your first favourite 50 survival foods what would that be? I’d like to see your list too.

Survival Foods A List:

Bouillon/Miso paste, Brown rice, Millet, Peas, Carrots, Corn, Spinach, Apples, Oranges , Berries, Mango, Potatoes, Sweet Potato, Broccoli, Scallions, Capsicum, Lemon, Lime, Pineapple, Red Cabbage and White Cabbage because if and when it ferments you have got yourself a kraut and a kimchi. Banana blossoms for ‘fish n chips’ the workingman and womans food. Coriander, flat-leaf parsley, canola oil, paprika, olive oil, mint sauce, powdered peanut butter, a chewy fruit and rolled oat snack bar, vegan coco halva snack.

The banana blossoms reference is to battered courgette tops or 'flowers'. Courgettes are a vegetable so don't worry, you are not eating flowers.
