Profile Information

I am a Sydney vegan and have a Facebook page in Australia on that very subject. I am interested in veganism, street food, world food such as Indian, Japanese, South East Asian etc and local veganism such as triple-sifted peppermint slices and jaffa (orange and chocolate) cake. I like to cook and I have an interest in vegan pastries.

I think Chef Eric Tucker of the Millennium restaurant fame and his two gourmet cookbooks are the best thing to hit the vegan movement in years. I am a big fan of his.

I am pleased with the progress of the animal rights movement. It is progressive and steadfast in its alma mater, its commitment to the animals and its voice is heard collectively around the globe.

Veganism is instructive, healthy, fun and includes fast food too. The future is veganism.
