Lunch box size rice balls- festive, plain or grated beetroot, Dolmades, a whipped avocado and garlic dip, a beetroot and ‘Greek-style’ dairy-free yoghurt dip, a pumpkin and cashew cream dip, slices of avocado rolled in a few black sesame seeds and served with a thyme, garlic or a saffron aioli, fresh sliced tomatoes with Greek seasonings, a selection of mixed herbed olives, onion, sesame and white miso dip, raw carrots and cucumber with an easy dip like plant-based sour cream and sumac topping, tangy artichokes in olive oil, slices of air-fried tempeh and tofu, cubed with an easy dipping sauce, white bean dip, Chinese black olives shredded in mustard oil or Greek Kalamata black olives; herbed, beetroot hummus, slices of vegan ham, mini scrolls of filo pastry (coiled) savoury 'bites' all served with plenty of vegan flatbreads, plenty of fresh herbs, vegan friendly wine and cheers conviviality.
