  5. a la Mexicana casserole with ezpozate and Mexican oregano
  6. Almond Tortilla with Spanish rice, avocado and trimmings, Tortilla served with vegan white cheese, tomatoes and beans with vegan tocino de lomo (bacon off the back). It’s crisp!
  7. Guacamole with a salsa and Caesar insalada
  8. Black bean and corn Tostadas
  9. Burrito bowl including vegan ‘fish’ made with banana blossom and 3-bean Burritos
  10. Plantbased Jackfruit carnitas
  11. Small fried potatoes with Mexican spices including paprika, chilli, chipotle, cilantro, oregano, cinnamon, onion, garlic, salt and pepper etc
  12. Frutas
  13. Chocolate tacos
  14. Mexican green beans and ‘eggs’
  15. BBQ Spanish spiced mushrooms
  16. Vegetable Brocheta (skewer kabab)
  17. All the salsas including Pico de Gallo

Washed down with a Margarita.
