No humane methods. I am sure this will be discussed at the Conference in Namibia Tuesday. Which I have been invited too.

I would caution anyone who wishes to support this petition to read the goals of it carefully. The last sentence states:

 

The Ministry of Fisheries says it has on several occasions asked for public opinion on a more “humane” way of culling and to date no animal rights organization has come up with an alternative method.

 

I'm not sure if this is suggesting they are asking for more "humane" methods to be employed, or if there are no "humane" methods.
