YORKSHIRE? You??? Wow. I never would have thought. EVER! Haha! Well, hopefully you will like it there. It's certainly beautiful. I am sure it will require an initial adjustment, but I bet you'll end up loving it! Glad your dad is going with you, and I'm very sorry to hear that he had a stroke. I am sure that must have been very hard for him, and also a ton of work for you.

Yes, I'm still working at the law school and it's getting worse and worse. The only thing that has kept me sane is walking my two boys, Merlin and Sagan, the vegan education I have been doing and - you may want to sit down for this - cooking! Yup, I started to cook from scratch this year and I actually enjoy it now (mostly). I have been posting all my pictures to Facebook - first because I'm a dork, and secondly because I think it's my attempt to challenge the myth that vegan food is boring or unappealing.

I had hoped to get in touch with you and others earlier this year - I went back to London for the first time in 6 years! My brother and his (now) husband got married, so I flew over. They had a civil partnership ceremony in London and then we all flew to Spain for the actual wedding, since same-sex marriage is legal there. I was only in London for about 24 hours! So I didn't get to see ANYONE, not even Fi :( I was so disappointed. I am going to try hard to save my pennies and come back for another visit next year.

Anyway, I'll send you a more detailed email in the next few days. Thanks for that - I now know why you didn't receive the long email I sent you a few months ago. I sent it to your old work address, as I didn't have your rbgi email address.

Hi Paul! Thought I might find you here tonight.
Sent you an email a few months ago, but I wasn't sure if you received it or if I had the right email address. I hope you're well. I have heard great things about the Vegan Pledge and Vegan Campaigns! I am planning to start doing stalls here, but I've mostly been doing online advocacy over the last few months, with quite a lot of success. I'm on Facebook and Twitter.
