 Make your own burritos DIY with family and friends. This Mexican feast is for all!

NEXT LEVEL BURRITOS: include

VEGETABLES: Iceberg lettuce, strips of red capsicum, green capsicum, orange and yellow capsicum, slaw with carrot, sprouts.

BEANS: Black beans, Red Kidney beans, Lentils, Chickpeas, White beans.

THE BEEF: A selection of plant-based meat or meat-less 'meatballs', plant-based streaky bacon, marinated and BBQ-ed tempeh, TVP spicy mince.

CHEESE: Top deck plant-based grated Percorino or any other plant-based cheese in your locale.

TOPPING: Chipotle smoky plant-based mayo, garlic plant-based aioli, 'Greek-style plant-based yogurt and lime Tzatziti

SALSA ZING: 'New Salsa' Chop up a medley of 6-8 cherry tomatoes, 1 large Spanish red onion; diced, 1/4 bunch of coriander, ¼ bunch flat leaf parsley and 1/5 bunch mint (3 aromatics combined), chopped up small and ½ lime or lemon zest and juice. Other ideas are spicy kimchi or kraut. Use a splash of umeboshi vinegar, brown rice or wine vinegar. A few chopped green olives to make your salsa dance.

A few drops of oil doesn’t go amiss.
