Vegan Ceviche is a dish using white vegan meat like Hearts of Palm chopped up and marinated in lime juice. It is accompanied with diced tomatoes, 2 diced small cucumbers, cilantro and chilli. Raw onion rings too. Lightly toasted Nori flakes makes this a mariners dish. Salt and pepper to taste. It can be served as a cocktail in a shell-shaped lettuce leaf and a vegan Thousand Island dressing on the side. Crushed chilli flakes on top works. Chunks of vegan plant-based lobster and vegan plant-based calamari have be known to be used with success in this spectacular dish.
