Fighting for animal liberation and an end to speciesism

An animal rights philosopher you may not have heard of

When most people aware of animal rights issues think of the philosophers tackling issues of animals, they think about Peter Singer, Tom Regan, and Gary Francione.  Well, you can add someone else to that list: Mylan Engel, Jr.  Here is a link to a one of his writings, "The Immorality of Eating Meat":

Pranav,

I like Engel's paper quite a lot. You may notice the influence of his ideas on me in this simple piece that I wrote last year have since reposted to ARZone today. http://arzone.ning.com/profiles/blogs/things-you-already-believe

Hi Pranav,

I get an error when I click the link you've provided. Please re-post when you get a chance. I'm interested in checking him out, as I've never heard of him.

I'll try to watch his youtube videos in the meantime.
