Response from Dr. Du Preeze on possibly offering a raffle to control over population of Lions

This is follow up of my posting yesterday concerning Cecil and I have just received a response from the Director of that conservancy which to me is NONSENSICAL in answer to my communication about their potential plans to have a raffle to get hunters to control the overpopulation of lions on his preserve .Doesn’t this man have the intelligence to contact a few sanctuaries and refuges to find out how they fund their operations..  If these sanctuaries and refuges can find the funds necessary to keep operating SO CAN HE!

Maybe some of you could write Dr. Dupreez and ask him why he doesn’t contact a few sanctuaries and refuges to find out how they fund their operations.  I can’t write him because I told him in my e-mail to him that I didn’t want to hear any excuses for the use of lethal methods dealing with the animals.  He violated those terms so I can’t write him but you can and the more he hears from the outside world the more chance we can convince him not to use lethal methods in dealing with animals under his care.
