16 Corn Tortillas
White vegan 'fish' or vegan 'fish'bites
1/2 tsp cumin, ground
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Taco Toppings
1/2 small Spanish cabbage
2 medium avocados, sliced
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped or to taste
4 limes, cut into quarters
1/2 c vegan Feta cheese or a vegan white cheese
Add the seasonings: cumin, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the taco. Bakes at 180C degrees for 6-10 minutes
Combine the taco sauce ingredients. Whisk until blended. To serve, toast the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or an old fashioned jaffle maker.
Assemble Taco.
Use 1/2 C vegan sour cream and 1/2 C vegan mayonaise, 4 tbsp of lime juice, 1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced, 1 tsp Sriracha sauce or to taste.
