Spanish Gazpacho is a speciality cocktail drink that’s been drunk through-out the decades by a variety of well-known supporters of ‘Gazpacho’ itself. Salsa 10 - the lowdown

Salsa a la veracruzana. Tomato, Onion and Green stuffed olives (pimento).

Salsa bandera. 'flag sauce' named for the red of the tomato, the white of the onion and the green of the chilli.

Salsa borracha. Drunken sauce made from smoky chilli pasilla, garlic, onion, white vegan cheese e.g., vegan feta and puique vegan-style. Puique is a white, thick sweet alcoholic drink made from agave.

The Marinades are important to vegan cooking. Here are some of mine. Also, some pointers on marinades include: Where soy is mentioned, coconut aminos can substitute. There are some food items that suit marinades including tofu, pears and mushrooms for their ability to ‘suck up’ as it were the liquid marinade. Allspice-Pimiento Stuffed Green Olives for Paella

For Us. For extra length. Allspice-Pimiento. To make your paella even better add in 1/2 cup of sliced pimiento stuffed green olives. Spanish peppers are called Padron peppers.
